Spain and Portugal promote the development of border areas through their local entities

The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, is part of the delegation of the Government of Spain that participates in the XXXV Portugal-Spain Summit that is held in the Portuguese Algarve, presided over by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, and the Prime Minister of Portugal, Luis Montenegro.
