In a press conference, the Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, praised the rejection of some political groups, mainly the PP, the largest group in Congress and the Senate and which governs more CCAA and EELL, to the processing of the legislative amendment for the reception of unaccompanied minors between the autonomous communities.
The legislative amendment to article 35 of the Aliens Act provided for compulsory solidarity so that, from a territory with a number of unaccompanied minors exceeding 150 percent of their capacity, they can be transferred to the other territories.
