The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, has presided in Valencia an act of remembrance and tribute to the victims of Franco’s regime, in which the declarations of reparation and personal recognition under the Democratic Memory Law have been delivered.
These acknowledgements, given to relatives, declare illegal and illegitimate the courts and jurors that condemned these people and declare null and void all convictions, sanctions or resolutions against them.
