The Council of Ministers has approved three issues affecting the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory:
- Royal Decree for the granting of a grant, on an exceptional basis and for reasons of public, social and humanitarian interest, in favor of the Foundation of the Santa Cruz del Valle de los Caidos, for the financing of the actions necessary to continue and complete the development of access to the pending crypts, which makes possible the repair and dignification of the ossuaries and for the exhumation and identification of the remains of victims of the War of Spain and the Franco Dictatorship, claimed by their relatives.
- Preliminary draft of Organic Law for the reform of Organic Law 13/1982, on the reintegration and improvement of the Navarre Regional Government in order to reintegrate into the Regional Government of Navarre the full exercise of functions in the field of traffic, circulation of motor vehicles and road safety, for which it is necessary that it assumes the competence of monitoring and control of traffic within the territory of the Regional Government of Navarre.
- The Council of Ministers has approved a one-year extension of the deadline for exercising the right to opt for Spanish nationality set out in the eighth additional provision of Law 20/2022, on Democratic Memory.
