The Secretary of State for Democratic Memory, Fernando Martínez, has presided over the constitution of the Technical Commission provided for in the Democratic Memory Act, whose purpose will be the elaboration of “a study on the cases of violation of human rights to persons for their struggle for the consolidation of democracy, fundamental rights and democratic values, between the entry into force of the Constitution of 1978 and December 31, 1983, which points out possible ways of recognition and reparation to them.”
