The Council of Ministers has approved an agreement to create three study and technical committees provided for in Law 20/2022, on Democratic Memory: Working Commission on Memory and Reconciliation with the Gypsy People in Spain; Technical Commission for the study of the coverage achieved by economic reparation measures aimed at the victims of war and dictatorship; and Technical Commission for the study of cases of violation of human rights to people for their struggle for the consolidation of democracy, fundamental rights and democratic values.
