The Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, has visited Ceuta, where, together with the President of the Autonomous City, Juan Jesús Vivir, he has followed the progress of the Integral Plan of socioeconomic development.
Torres pointed out that, at the end of 2022, the agreement was reached for the Autonomous City of Ceuta and also for Melilla, with the approval of the Integral Plan, “with a budget unpublished so far” and whose coordination was entrusted to the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. “They have the commitment of the Government of Spain to the full follow-up of this Plan, whose implementation is scheduled until 2026 and, in some cases, until 2030,” he added.
