The Minister of Territorial Policy and Spokeswoman of the Government, Isabel Rodríguez, has highlighted the effort that the mayor of Guadalajara is making “asking and getting”, because thanks to this, the city is “facing the great development engines of our country, such as renewable energies, with business projects, which have to do with energy and with the creation of jobs”.
“The modernization and transformation of the city are fully aligned with the modernization objectives of Spain and Europe. Therefore, the great challenges ahead of us are turning them into opportunities.”
Isabel Rodríguez, who has traveled to Guadalajara today to meet with its mayor, Alberto Rojas, and visit municipal works financed with the recovery funds and the FEDER Funds (EDUSI) has congratulated the city “for betting on sustainability”, as the Government of Spain is already doing, promoting sustainable mobility and alleviating the economic consequences of the war in Ukraine, with the 50% bonus on AVANT trains, where in the province of Guadalajara, more than 35,000 people have benefited.
