The Minister of Territorial Policy and spokeswoman of the Government, Isabel Rodríguez, visited today the City of Pinto, where she met with its mayor, Juan Diego Ortiz, and with the municipal government team, to learn about the projects of digitalization and municipal modernization, with funding from European funds and managed by the Ministry of Territorial Policy.
Isabel Rodríguez stressed that “digitalization must be humanistic, to respond quickly to citizens’ efforts and with the aim of bringing public administrations closer to people.”
The minister stressed “the commitment of the mayors, such as the mayor of Pinto, with the development of the Recovery Plan and European funds, with which the Government of Spain plans the modernization and transformation of our country, knowing that the municipalities are the closest administrations and essential allies, that is why we count on the mayors for the transformation of the country.”
