The Council of Ministers has approved the Royal Decree that establishes the procedure that will determine the municipal term in which the physical headquarters of the new entities of the public institutional state sector will be located, as well as the new departments or sub-headquarters dependent on already existing entities.
The Advisory Commission for the Determination of Headquarters is also created, as a collegiate body of the General State Administration (AGE) to assist the Council of Ministers in this procedure.
