During the first two years of the 14th Legislature, the Ministry of Territorial Policy has reached a total of 95 agreements with the autonomous communities, which have avoided conflicts of competences and resources before the Constitutional Court.
In this positive balance in the middle of the Legislature, as a result of the policy of promoting dialogue and negotiation to reduce conflict, the agreements reached in the last year stand out. In 2021, 55 final agreements were reached (regardless of whether or not the start-up agreement had been signed in 2021), with 51 final agreements being total and 4 partial.
Comparing these data with the previous year, it should be noted the increase of final agreements reached in 2021 compared to 2020, since in 2020 31 final agreements were signed (regardless of whether or not the starting agreement had been signed in 2020), being 30 final agreements total and 1 partial.
