The Minister of Territorial Policy, Isabel Rodríguez, stressed that Badalona is the first city council to visit in Catalonia, “with the conviction of the Government of Spain of the necessary involvement of all municipalities in the recovery funds, which are going to mobilize 140 billion and which are going to generate more than 500 billion, including private investment, to transform the life of the towns and cities, of Catalonia and of Spain as a whole”.
They are funds that have to do with digitization, so that science and technology make life easier for citizens, the minister stressed during the presentation in Badalona of the municipal projects for digitization funds. “In this city, for example, with a project to make it easier for people before going to the beach, to know how they are going to be, if they are busy or not, if we can park our vehicle or not, and thus also avoid pollution and make people’s lives easier,” he explained.
