- The Follow-up Commission, chaired by the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Víctor Francos, has adopted several agreements on transfuguism
The Monitoring Committee of the Pact for Institutional Stability urges the People's Party to rejoin, committing itself to improving the quality of our democracy.
The latest meeting of the Pact, chaired by the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Víctor Francos, has analyzed four complaints received as possible cases of transfuguism.
After the deliberation and study of the various cases, the Follow-up Commission has unanimously adopted the following agreements on transfuguism:
- Declaring as constitutive of transfuguism the conduct in the City of Fuente el Saz de Jarama (Madrid), of the elected councillor of Citizens Soledad Muñoz Muñoz and of the elected councillor of the PSOE Jorge Muntada García.
- Declaring as constitutive of transfuguism the conduct in the City of Cangas de Onís (Asturias), of the elected councillor of Foro Asturias, Pedro García Rama.
- To declare the conduct of the elected councillors of Foro Asturias, Marian García de la Llana and Iván García Álvarez in the City of Llanes (Asturias) as constituting a transfuguism.
- Declaring as constitutive of transfuguism the conduct in the General Meeting of the Principality of Asturias, of the elected deputy of Foro Asturias Pedro Leal Llaneza.
The last meeting of the Pact was attended by representatives of the following political forces: PSOE, Citizens, Unidas Podemos, PNV, PSC, United Left, Asturias Forum, Catalonia in Comú and Galicia in Common.
