Ministers Miquel Iceta and Isabel Celaá participate in a live talk with Vocational Training students on the importance of attracting young talent to public employment

The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Miquel Iceta, together with the Minister of Education and Professional Training, Isabel Celaá, presides tomorrow, Thursday, at 12:15h, a day aimed at attracting talent in the Public Administration, which will be broadcast through Twitch: www.twitch.tv/territorialgob

The event will be held at the I.E.S. Pedro Mercedes of Cuenca. Previously, at 12h, the ministers will attend to the media.

The day will be led by José María Herranz, dean of the Faculty of Communication of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, and public employees will intervene who will share their experience and the benefits of the Public Administration as a professional outlet.

Within the framework of the Ministry’s Talent Acquisition Plan, the conferences have been held since 2019 in universities, professional associations and Vocational Training centers. Its objective is to improve the image of the General Administration of the State as an employer. In the same way, they value the contribution of employees to society, raising awareness about the value of public services and their contribution to citizenship.

On April 15, the first day was broadcast on Twitch, bringing the message closer to the younger audience. Among the objectives of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service is to put an end to the ageing of public service staff.
