The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, has presented the balance of aid already approved and also the estimate of new aid to the local entities of Castilla y León for temporary and other catastrophic situations registered in the last two years in different parts of its territory. The approved aid totals 893,962.55 euros and the estimated subsidies for other disasters, now in the pipeline, would reach 3,166,984.77 euros.
Carolina Darias, who appeared at a press conference in the Government Delegation in Castilla y León, also recalled the commitment of all public administrations in the fight against the pandemic and the measures agreed by the Interterritorial Health Council for a “different Christmas”. He also valued the work of the FEMP and the Government Delegations, which “have become the direct reference of local entities in the most critical moments of the pandemic,” he stressed.
