The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Function, Francisco Hernández Spínola, has chaired, together with the Secretary General of Territorial Coordination, Miryam Álvarez, the meeting of the Follow-up Commission of the Anti-Transfuguism Pact, which has agreed a III Addendum, which represents an agreement for institutional stability and a firm commitment to continue fighting transfuguism in all institutional spheres, as “a form of corruption and an anti-democratic practice that alters the majorities expressed by citizens in the ballot boxes.”
