The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Francisco Hernández Spínola, has presented the strategic lines of the Ministry that are summarized in promoting territorial cooperation and cohesion through dialogue and search for consensus as well as in undertaking the necessary reforms to modernize public administrations.
The Undersecretary of Territorial Policy and Public Function, Dionisia Manteca, has highlighted as objectives: modernizing public administrations, promoting the presence of the State in the territory, the adequate provision of the system of mutualism of the AGE and the value of the training and selection of public employees.
These interventions have taken place within the framework of the hearings to explain the department’s budgets for 2021 in the Congressional Committee on Territorial Policy and Public Service.
