Carolina Darias, who has presented electronically the budgets of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function for 2021, has highlighted the investment planned within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of 600 million euros in 3 years to finance the Modernization Plan of the Public Administrations, of which almost 240 million euros will be executed in 2021 to be distributed between the autonomous communities (136 million), the local entities (92 million) and the ministry itself (11.8 million), for digitization and modernization projects.
- The consolidated budget of the Ministry and affiliated agencies amounts to 2,509 million euros, which represents 15.57% more
- The Ministry’s budget alone, without its affiliated agencies, amounts to 619.23 million euros, 74.02% more
- In the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service will have 600 million euros in 3 years to finance the Modernization Plan of the public administrations for digitization and modernization projects
