The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, has advanced the approval, during this semester, of the regulation of the Transparency Law, as well as the future accession of Spain to the Convention on Access to Public Documents of the Council of Europe.
Carolina Darias, who has presided over the inauguration of José Luis Rodríguez Álvarez as president of the Council of Transparency and Good Governance (CTBG), has assured that the Government of Spain has assumed the “firm commitment to promote transparency and Open Government”; a commitment of permanent work in actions of the Ministry that contribute to that “the Public Administration continues to move towards the achievement of a good open, participatory and transparent government and the realization of public policies that improve the living conditions of all people without leaving anyone behind”.
