The Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Francisco Hernández Spínola, presided over the second General Council of MUFACE of the year, together with the Secretary General of Public Service, Javier Rueda, the General Director of MUFACE, Myriam Pallarés, and the General Director of Public Service, Isabel Borrel, in which he presented the strategic lines of the next MUFACE 21/23 Plan.
