With the regulation of teleworking in public administrations, a common framework is created for all public administrations, which will have to be developed by each public administration within six months, adapting it to its territory and its regulations.
The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Function, Carolina Darias, has stressed that the regulation of teleworking in public administrations is the result of consensus, the result of the dialogue of the Government of Spain with the autonomous communities and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and also of a broad agreement with the unions that make up the General Negotiating Table.
