The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, has chaired a meeting to relaunch the Anti-Transfuguism Pact with the signatory parties and with the new formations that have shown their willingness to adhere to it.
The minister, who has been accompanied by the Secretary of State for Territorial Policy and Public Service, Francisco Hernández Spínola, and the Secretary General for Territorial Coordination, Miryam Álvarez, has called on formations that are not part of the Pact to accede to it and to appoint their representatives to the Follow-up Committee.
The Government and the political formations thus resume the activity of the Anti-Transfuguism Pact, without meeting since 2010, considering as necessary the Agreement on a Code of Political Conduct in relation to Transfuguism.
