The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, and the Rector of the National University of Distance Education (UNED), Ricardo Mairal, have signed a collaboration protocol to jointly develop projects and activities for the training and selection of personnel.
Alternatives to the traditional face-to-face selective processes will be studied and the relocation of the evidence will be promoted, with economic savings and travel for the opponents, which can be examined in the territorial centers of the UNED
The protocol is part of the AGE Talent Acquisition Plan, to ensure the incorporation of good professionals and continue to provide the best public services
