Minute of silence in memory of those killed by the COVID19 pandemic

The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, and the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, have observed a minute of silence, along with officials and staff of their ministries.
