The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service has adopted, in the two months of state of alarm, a set of more than 60 measures with the objective of “saving lives”, protecting people’s health and ensuring the functioning of public services. It has also strengthened essential services with more than 1,500 employees and public employees. This has been highlighted by Minister Carolina Darias, who has appeared in the Commission, in the Congress of Deputies, to report on the actions of the Ministry during the COVID-19 pandemic and its contribution to the set of measures of the Government of Spain
