The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function has reached an agreement today with the unions CSIF, CCOO and UGT that will allow the implementation and the convening of a unitary competition for career civil servants of subgroups C1 and C2 with posts attached to the General Administration of the State, in application of the provisions of article 20.1 of Law 30/1984, on Measures for the Reform of the Public Function, and in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 364/1995, by which the General Regulations of Entry of the Civil Service and the General Provision of Civil Posts.
