The Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function and the General Council of the Spanish Legal Profession have signed an agreement to empower legal professionals who are members of the Spanish Bar Association and authorized by the General Council to submit documents electronically on behalf of third parties, in order to promote compliance with obligations and the exercise of administrative rights by citizens before government delegations and subdelegations.
