Mutual officials who are in a situation of Temporary Incapacity before the state of alarm and begin the 4th month of duration of the leave during this period must apply to MUFACE for the subsidy, since they no longer receive the full remuneration from their corresponding body of staff after three months.
In the current exceptional situation, neither doctors, MUFACE offices, nor the staff organs of workplaces provide services in complete normality. Therefore, and in order to avoid possible economic damages to the mutualists who have a long-term leave accredited, it is proposed to continue the payment by the personnel bodies, as if the 4th month of the leave had not been reached.
