The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Service, Carolina Darias, and the Basque Minister of Public Governance and Self-Government, Josu Erkoreka, have agreed today in Vitoria a schedule of transfers of the 32 competences pending and included in the Basque Statute.
The state and Basque governments agree to begin negotiations, with reasonable, affordable and realistic deadlines, within the cooperation initiated in Madrid, on February 5, which has continued today at the Vitoria meeting, in a climate of dialogue and cordiality.
