The monitoring of compliance with the obligations set forth in Law 3/2015, regulating the exercise of the high office of the General Administration of the State, is materialized in the report that every six months is prepared by the Office of Conflicts of Interest, an organ with full functional autonomy and dependent on the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, which raises the Council of Ministers for referral to the Congress of Deputies.
The Government, for greater transparency, in addition to the report with aggregated data from the BOE, publishes on the website of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Service, the report submitted to Congress with the names of the senior officials.
