The Director General of Administrative Modernization of the Ministry of Public Administrations has explained to the media the positive repercussions for the citizen of the deletion in the AGE, for any procedure, of the photocopies of the ID and the registration certificate

Suppression of photocopies of ID card

By removing the obligation to present photocopies of the ID card in the AGE, four million photocopies, which citizens presented annually, are eliminated per year

Deletion of the registration certificate

The AGE also abolishes the obligation to submit registration certificates in citizens’ proceedings. We’ll save 3.5 million of these certificates per year

The Administration itself will have to collect the data in its possession

It will be the General Administration of the State itself, through the officials who serve the citizens, that collects the information that is in its possession and that until now requested those who went to the offices to initiate a procedure
