The Director-General of Agriculture, Javier Gutiérrez Taño, the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Sovereignty, Alejandro Narvay Quintero Castañeda, Héctor Izquierdo Triana, Special Commissioner for the Reconstruction of the island of La Palma, Jose Manuel Monge Rubio, Assistant Director-General of the Office of the Commissioner, among others, participated.
