The island of La Palma will host a preparatory meeting of the European Union Transport Ministers, to be held on October 10 at the Roque de Los Muchachos. Communicated by the Special Commissioner for the Reconstruction of the island of La Palma, Héctor Izquierdo, on the occasion of the European Presidency of Spain, from July 1, with the probability that the different meetings of the European ministries will be distributed.

One of them will be held in Gijón on November 13, with the Ministry of Transport and with nuances of urban agenda, prior to that ministerial meeting there will be another of second level that will be held on October 10 at the Roque de Los Muchachos Observatory.

The Mr. Commissioner stressed that this is a site "that will allow us to see the scientific and landscape potential of the island, such as the sea, the sky and the earth".
