The Spanish Registry Service for Environmental Resgistrators and Registry Databases, aims to study and propose new legal categories of an environmental nature, for their normative recognition. The College of Registrars of Spain has developed a new updated emergency geo-portal, with new features: • Streamlines and facilitates the user affected by an emergency that we have previously loaded in the viewer, the location of their property through the cadastral reference, the unique registration code CRU, or by the street and the municipality number. • Allows the location and visualization of the registered farms included within the areas affected by the emergency. • It allows to obtain data of registry farms affected and the relationship that said farm has with the cadastral plots can be calculated. • It also offers the possibility of obtaining statistics of the total number of affected cadastral plots, affected registry farms and affected buildings or constructions that allows to check the overall impact of the event. • It allows the user to move his plot or his farm to the Geoportal of the registrars so that he can make use of the functionality that is offered in said application, such as the request for a simple informative note in a telematic way or the analysis of the geometry of his farm against official cartographies to determine possible limitations, servitude, etc.…as a consequence of his proximity to the public domain.
