In the field of the reconstruction of architecture, the participation and help of the Ministry of Territorial Policy is being counted on, allocating money to the municipalities to make new infrastructures.
In these municipalities only 1 municipal architect is available, so everything happens in a slower way, you had to seek an agreement, a meeting is decided with the collaboration of the Special Commissioner for the Reconstruction of the island of La Palma, Héctor Izquierdo Triana, Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Iñaki Carnicero and Universities: among which it should be noted that it has had the honor of having the great collaboration of the professors of the School of Architecture of Madrid, Héctor Fernández Elorza, Alejandro Virseda and Zaócar in Technical Architecture. We have the participation of students from Aquitecture, making their end-of-year project based on this topic that concerns us. Supervised by their corresponding professors.
The General Administration of the State in this way manages to uncover the times for its execution. The City Councils receive the supervised projects in a very short time and the students validate their TFG, which also becomes a social work for the island of La Palma.
