A meeting has taken place at the Institute of Construction Sciences, Eduardo Torroja belonging to the Higher Council of Scientific Research (CSIC) with Ángel Castillo Talavera, Drirector, Institute of Geological and Mining of Spain, General Director, Ana María Alonso Zarza and official staff, María del Pilar Mata Campo and Special Commissioner for the Reconstruction of the island of La Palma, Héctor Izquierdo Triana.

Meeting within the framework of the State’s work in reconstruction and tries to contribute and share knowledge in vulcanological materials for construction.

Recognize the work that is being done on the island, contribute experiences in other environments and make available the resources of the State in the field of R+D+i that can help in the reconstruction.
