Jurists debate to give solutions to the volcanological disaster of the reconstruction of La Palma and the current regulations will be reviewed, given the exception of the situation.
On the first anniversary of the eruption of the volcano, the days for the sustainable development of La Palma (The opportunity after the volcano) have been held at the Benahoarita Museum of Los Llanos de Aridane among which the Notarial College of the Canary Islands, the General Council of Notaries (CGN) and the Notariat Foundation have participated. In addition, professionals from the different areas involved, such as Justice, Economy, Architecture and Cadastre, and National, Regional and Local Authorities (and mayors of the affected areas) have participated in these conferences.
