The Division of Rights of Grace and Other Rights has carried out an important work of digitizing information regarding the Spanish deceased in Nazi concentration camps.

The Ministry of Ex-Combatants and War Victims of France, through the Directorate of Litigation, Civil Status and Searches, sent to Spain the Official Notices of Deaths of the Spanish Deceased in the Nazi concentration camps. The entry of this documentation into the Spanish Central Civil Registry was due to take place in the mid-1950s. The reason for its deposit was justified in that the Registry establishes the registered acts of birth, marriage and death of Spaniards outside the national territory.

The death notices are bound in ten volumes, as follows:

The total number of registered victims is 4440.
