It is a technical assistance service of the General Subdirectorate of the State Archives that aims to disseminate and publicize the content of the Documentary Heritage that is safeguarded in the Spanish State Archives through the production of various specialized databases accessible online.

It collects bibliographic descriptions of the funds of the specialized libraries of the State Archives and the Documentary Archives Information Center.

Guide to documentary sources of archives relating to the Spanish Civil War

Thematic database of documents from public and private archives in Spain and from European and Ibero-American countries. It offers 48,422 records.

Guide to the Spanish Exile of 1939 in the State Archives

This work represents a contribution and tribute of the State Archives of the Ministry of Culture and Sport on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Spanish exile of 1939, since many Spaniards did not feel "banished" but "transterrados" as if their homeland of origin had moved to that of asylum. The guide is structured in six thematic blocks covering: Exiled Archives and Librarians; Refugee Ships; Aid Institutions; War Children; Refugee Camps; Documentary Resources.

Exiles, feminists, politicians, sinsombrero and ... writers

It aims to bring to the public prominent figures of exiled women, feminists, politicians, the so-called "sinsombrero", all united by a common trait, to be writers, using the resources offered by the Collective Catalogue of the Libraries of the State Archives and the CIDA and the Spanish Archives Portal.
