The Secretary of State for Democratic Memory, Fernando Martínez, will give the inaugural lecture of the seminar The Constitution of 1931, in comparative perspective, which will be held on December 9 at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies.

This seminar is part of the program of events to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the death of Azaña in exile, organized by the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory through the Secretary of State for Democratic Memory.

The capacity for this act will be limited. However, all those who want it, will be able to follow it through the virtual platform.
