December 2021 marked the 90th anniversary of the adoption of the 1931 Constitution.
For this reason, the Secretariat of State for Democratic Memory of the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory, with the collaboration of the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies, organized the following colloquium, face-to-face and online, in which prominent historians and historians have participated who have been able to reflect on what the contributions, novelties and controversies of the constitutional debate and of that democratic experience that was the Second Republic, established 90 years ago, represented for our country.
