On the occasion of the recent publication of the book "The Legacy of Antonio Machado (1939-1970)", by Jesús Rubio Jiménez, and the 80th anniversary in exile of the poet Antonio Machado, a round table is held to analyze the impact of his legacy on post-war Spanish society. Beyond the literary impact of his work, the moral, civic and political projection of his figure will be analyzed. The Professor of Spanish Literature at the University of Zaragoza, Jesús Rubio Jiménez, and the Professor Emeritus of History of Literature at the University of Zaragoza, Leonardo Romero Tobar, participated with the presentation of the director of the Cervantes Institute, Luis García Montero.
