In this office there are procedures related to:

A) The process of validation and homologation of non-university studies (Graduate in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, 1st Baccalaureate and FP).

The information is sent by email at the request of the interested party. You can do it by email indicating country and the title you want to approve.e-mail:aaie.illesbalears@correo.gob.es

The duration of the process will be: GESO, 1ST BACHILLER AND BACHILLER: between 6 and 8 months.VOCATIONAL TRAINING: 2 years.      

To submit the documentation, you can do so through the Registry.

B) The delivery of university degrees obtained in other provinces, as long as the interested parties request their Universities to be transferred and delivered in the Government Delegation in the Balearic Islands.Titles of medical specialties made in Spain will also be delivered whose rate has been paid before January 1, 2022.

To collect university degrees or homologation credentials it is always by appointment and after consulting with the Area and ensuring that your document has already been received. You can consult it by e-mail: aaie.illesbalears@correo.gob.es

C) The legalization of university documents obtained in Spain.The interested party will send to the email aaie.illesbalears@correo.gob.es the documentation that he wants to legalize scanned, indicating his telephone number and, once the signatures have been verified, he will be summoned to come with the original documentation.

D) Report on the homologation of university studies. For information on university studies you must contact the NARIC, organ belonging to the Ministry of Science, which reports on the processes of homologation, equivalence and EU professional recognition.Phone number:916038919 Mail: naric@minuniversidades.com

The files initiated prior to 2022 may be communicated through registration. The files after that date will do so through the electronic Headquarters.
