- This service only serves international travelers.
- It is recommended to make an appointment at least 1 month before starting the trip.
- Each appointment will have a maximum capacity of 2 people. In the case of this type of multiple appointment, the persons cited must have a relationship of kinship, make the trip to the same destination and with the same characteristics or, in the absence of a relationship of kinship, the persons cited agree to share in the medical consultation personal information. Only those who have been previously registered for the appointment can attend the consultation.
- Some of the vaccinations may involve the payment of the fee 058 (vaccination fee 19,46 € per vaccine) If it is necessary to pay the fee, it will be communicated to them at the vaccination center itself during the visit. The payment will be made by means of a credit or debit card or by entering a bank in cash.
- You must go to the appointment with D.N.I., N.I.E. or passport. Relevant vaccination cards and/or medical reports.
- Minors must be accompanied by a father, mother, legal guardian or person authorized by them.
Important: in the event that you have obtained your prior appointment through the web, do not forget to write down the number of proof for possible cancellations of appointment.
