- All had numerous records of robberies with violence, injuries, resistance and disobedience, attacks on authority and drug trafficking, besides being in an irregular situation in our country
- Some had already flouted the expulsion orders they had decreed
In the last two weeks, the National Police has expelled eight foreign citizens, in an irregular situation, who had numerous records for crimes against property, people and public order.
The expulsions have been carried out by the Brigade of Foreigners and Borders of Bilbao, in application of the Law of Foreigners, to alleviate the serious social alarm they had provoked with their acts. Of the eight expulsions, five were by Moroccan citizens, one by a Tunisian, one by a Paraguayan and one last by a Romanian citizen.
All of them had previously been arrested by the National Police, the Municipal Police of Bilbao and the Ertzaintza for the commission of crimes of drug trafficking, robbery with violence, injuries, documentary falsehood, resistance and disobedience and attack on authority perpetrated in Murcia, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Erandio and, above all, in Bilbao.
Finally, after their entry into the corresponding Centre for the Internment of Foreigners (CIE), they were expelled after being imposed a ban on entry into our country by three.
