The Government Delegation in Navarre today observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims and the people disappeared as a result of the DANA. It was at noon today, the first of three days of official mourning declared throughout the country by the president of the Government.
It will last until 24:00 hours on Saturday, November 2, in a sign of condolence with the families and people close to those who died and disappeared in the floods that occurred on October 29 and 30.
The Royal Decree has been published today in the Official State Gazette.
During this three-day period of official mourning, the national flag flies at half-mast outside all public buildings, including representations and missions abroad, and Navy ships.
