The Government Delegation in Navarre has today hosted an informative meeting on the necessary procedures for the approval of studies to people from other countries. In this meeting, representatives of the Basic Social Services of the City of Pamplona, specifically of the Milagrosa neighborhood, and the High Inspection of Education have participated.
This activity is part of the dissemination and outreach plan that the Delegation is carrying out with the aim of providing the necessary information on the procedures related to the homologation of non-university degrees that people who arrive in Spain from other countries have to carry out.
Throughout 2023, the High Inspection of Education organized numerous informative meetings with different foundations, associations and NGOs to promote support for people who want to carry out this type of procedure. These include the Red Cross, Doctors of the World, Caritas, Miguel Induráin Foundation, Josenea Bio, Fénix Asociación, Citizen Care, UPNA, University of Navarra, Association of Deaf People and Ilundáin Foundation.
The High Inspection of Education has two fundamental functions. On the one hand, the drafting of reports on legislation in Navarre that develops basic state regulations. And, on the other hand, the information and processing of ESO and Baccalaureate study approvals from a large group of countries. Most of the files to be approved come from Peru, Colombia and Ecuador, followed by Bolivia, Venezuela and Morocco.
