Navarre receives €1,002,153 in investment aid under the "Wine Sector Intervention" programme. The Sectoral Conference on Agriculture and Rural Development, chaired by the acting Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Luis Planas, has agreed on the distribution of funds between the autonomous communities to subsidize the 364 applications -seven from Navarra - of eligible aid presented in the autonomous communities in the first call for the Sectoral Intervention of Wine (ISV) program for the period 2024-2027.
In its overall calculation, it has been agreed to allocate a total of 91,647,952.44 euros, of which 68,773,807.91 euros correspond to the year 2024 and another 22,874,144.53 euros to the financial year 2025, since some of the operations are of a biennial nature.
The aid under this programme is intended for investments, tangible or intangible, in processing facilities and in wine infrastructure, as well as in marketing structures and instruments for wine products.
In the current ISV, a new approach has been introduced in the allocation of funds in support of investments in the Spanish wine sector, in such a way that the funds released by withdrawal, renunciation or modification can be used to meet additional needs in the same autonomous community, within the same financial year.
