The provincial head of Traffic of Navarre, Mª Belén Santamaría Maeso, and the president of the College of Administrative Managers of Navarre, Nuria García León, signed this morning the action protocol through which the professional corporation will carry out the registration of vehicles from abroad with type A technical card.
The process of cooperation with the Colleges of Administrative Managers, implemented within the framework of the Administrative Management Collaboration Agreement between the General Directorate of Traffic and the General Council of Colleges of Administrative Managers of the year 2007, has been developing satisfactorily with quantitative and qualitative advantages for both parties. Telematic processing is currently the most important way of processing, and vehicle registration represents a clear example of the role played at the moment by this collaborative process.
The success of this system of telematic registration by administrative managers allows us to propose its extension to other more complex processing cases such as the registration of foreign vehicles with type A technical file, always contemplating that the processing is carried out, not only with the necessary speed, but also with the legal and technological security that the incorporation of filters and validations in computer applications and review systems grant to this process.
This agreement represents a further step in the recognition by the Administration of the work carried out by the administrative managers who, for more than 10 years, register and transfer a high percentage of Navarre vehicles through telematic procedures under the management order signed with the General Directorate of Traffic.
