• The purchase and adaptation works of the building have been fully paid with state funds

March 14, 2023. The Public Service of State Employment, through its Renove Plan, has financed with more than one million euros the purchase and adaptation of the new facilities of the Murcia East Employment Office, which was inaugurated this morning.

Carmen Sonia Martínez, Provincial Director of the state agency, called the Spanish Employment Agency since March 1, has expressed her satisfaction for having been able to complete the adaptation works within the established deadline.

“Thanks to these state funds and the good management of our colleagues in the Autonomous Employment and Training Service, we inaugurated this office in Murcia East, which will have the double function of improving the attention to the town that comes to our offices at a vital time like the one we live and also the working environment of our officials,” explained Martínez, who also highlighted the advantage of having a public transport service very close to the office.

The Provincial Director of the SEPE has valued the importance of a loyal collaboration between the state and regional administration in an issue as important for citizenship as the management of benefits in a particularly complicated socio-labor context, and has therefore valued the effort being made by the Government of Spain to finance the works of improvement of the employment offices of Cieza, San Javier, Murcia Norte and Murcia Este, with funds from the Renove Plan, and of Calasparra and La Unión with the funds of Modernization.
